Our loyalty program rewards customers with a standing discount on every order — based on what you bought from us over the last 12 months. No codes, no negotiations, no paperwork: your tier is tracked from your invoices and applied to your prices automatically.
Standard: 0% discount up to €4,999. FLOW: 2% from €5,000. PRESSURE: 5% from €15,000. POWER: 7% from €30,000. Thresholds are purchases over the trailing 12 months.

How it works
A rolling 12 months — not a calendar year
Your tier is based on purchases over the last 12 months, counted from today. Start buying in October and nothing resets in January: your progress simply rolls forward with you.
Upgrades are instant
The moment your trailing 12-month total crosses a threshold, the new discount applies to your next order. No waiting for a review, no request to file.
Downgrades are slow, on purpose
We only review tiers four times a year — on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. A quiet month never costs you your discount overnight.
Applied automatically, everywhere
Your tier lives in our ERP and flows into your prices automatically — in every order, and in the prices you see when signed in on this site.
What counts toward your tier
- Invoiced product value — the net value of parts and lubricants on your invoices, after any discounts.
- Every product line — filters, separators, lubricants, valves and kits all count the same.
- VAT, freight and duties — only the product value itself counts.
- Cancelled orders, credits and returns — orders count once invoiced; credited or returned value is deducted.
Common questions
How do I join?
There is nothing to sign up for. Every customer is in the program from their first order — we track your trailing 12-month total and apply the tier automatically. Create an account on this site to see your prices.
Does the discount apply to quotes too?
Yes. Your tier is built into your pricing, so every quotation and order we prepare for you already includes it.
Can I lose my tier?
Only slowly. Tiers are reviewed quarterly, and only move down if your trailing 12-month total has fallen below your current threshold at review time. Upgrades, by contrast, are immediate.
Anything else I should know?
Program benefits require an account in good standing, and OCP Europe B.V. may adjust program terms for future periods. Your accumulated 12-month history is never reset by a terms update.
