Everything you need to know about searching parts, requesting quotes, payment, delivery and working with us as a reseller.

How it works

Compressor Parts Finder is a portal for finding the right compressor part and requesting a quote. You search, we quote, and the sale is completed offline with our team.

Find your part three ways

  • Cross reference: type any OEM, competitor or aftermarket part number and we match it to the OCP/Keltec equivalent.
  • Dimensions: search by measurements and thread when you only have the physical part.
  • Application: find parts by compressor brand and model.

Request a quote, not a checkout

There is no online payment. When you add parts to your cart and send the request, it reaches our sales team, who reply by email with availability, pricing and shipping.

Create an account to favorite parts, keep your details for faster quotes, and track your requests. Each saved part keeps the code you searched, so you always know which reference led you to it.

About the stock you see

The availability shown (In Stock, In Production, On Demand) comes from our warehouse at OCP Europe in the Netherlands. It syncs regularly, so there can be a short delay, and we always confirm the final availability on your pro forma invoice.

Payment

You can order here, not pay. Sending a request creates a quote, and our sales team prepares a pro forma invoice.

  • You receive a pro forma invoice by email, normally within one business day (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping is calculated after we see your location, dimensions and weight, then added to the invoice.
  • There is no purchase obligation before payment. After payment, your order is final.

What is a pro forma invoice?

It is a confirmed purchase order that states the value of the trade. It makes sure everything is correct before we ship, so there are no surprises later. The final invoice for your accounts follows after payment.

Payment condition

  • Your first 3 orders are paid in advance (100% prepayment), and prepayment continues until your total purchases reach €3,000.
  • Once you pass that point, we review your account for possible payment terms.

Payment method

Bank transfer only. Bank details are on the pro forma invoice.

VAT

All prices exclude VAT and are in euro. For buyers in the European Union we need your valid VAT number for tax-free intra-Community supply, which we verify automatically when you register.

Delivery

Lead time

We ship after receiving payment. Transit time depends on your location and the chosen carrier.

Shipping costs

Sales are EXW, so freight is on your account (see Export & EXW). We can arrange the carrier for you and bill it at cost. Indicative starting prices:

  • Benelux from €13.75
  • Germany from €18.50
  • Rest of the European Union from €28.50
  • Non-EU or islands from €30 (customs clearance)
  • Worldwide from €30

Exact shipping is calculated after your request, based on your location and the dimensions and weight of the order.

Carriers

We ship within Europe with DHL, DPD, GLS, Mainfreight and Raben.

What if a part is not in stock?

We tell you the delivery date by email, and we can adjust your order however you prefer.

Export & EXW

We sell primarily within Europe. For customers outside Europe, please contact us so we can handle your case individually.

All sales are EXW (Ex Works). As the buyer, you are responsible for arranging collection, transport, customs documents and insurance, and the freight is on your account. As a service we can arrange carriage for you and bill it at cost.

When you arrange your own export, the export declaration is handled by DHL, FedEx or UPS. If you use a different carrier, an additional charge for the export declaration applies. Packing and handling may be charged separately when it is not included in the shipping.

Resellers

OCP is built around its resellers, distributors and partners. They are the core of our business, across Europe from Portugal to Poland, and they have our full attention. We support them as our ambassadors, because their field knowledge and feedback are essential to us.

How to apply

Your company is active in fields such as compression, vacuum, pneumatics or hydraulics, and you have placed 3 or more orders within 3 months with a minimum turnover of €3,000. For independent mechanics we are less strict.

Do you work exclusively with one reseller per region?

No. Because our products are unmarked and cannot be traced back to us, you can work under your own brand. No exclusivity does not mean no support: we back our resellers with high-quality products, a wide portfolio and delivery from stock, and they set their own pricing.
